(ĐN)- Dong Nai Department of Science and Technology (DoST) has granted the brand name registration certificates from the General Department of Intellectual Property to 4 units including Dong Nai General Hospital, Dong Nai Rubber Real Estate JS Company, Dong Nai Center for Informatics and Foreign Language, and Nha Vien private enterprise.

These certificates will have 10 years of validity and they can be renewed by businesses.
According to Le Xuan Truong, Head of the Intellectual Property Management Division under DoST, in the first half this year, 204 units have proposed to register, establish, and protect intellectual property rights. Of which, 146 certificates were granted. The figure showed that more and more businesses have paid their interest in registration, protection, exploitation, and development of the intellectual property rights as well as raised their awareness in protecting assets.
