(ĐN)- Vice Chairman Tran Van Vinh of the provincial People’s Committee on January 12 had a working session with Steering Committee for construction of the Dong Nai Biotechnology Center.
The Vice Chairman asked the standing member of the committee, who is the Department of Science and Technology, to work closely with the other members to check the implemented work, focusing in deploying the production area, especially bringing out specific and effective models to be duplicated. Particularly, investment projects are needed to re-check with the priority of those that are imperative for the development orientation.
So far, the Dong Nai Biotechnology Center has built over 5km of linking roads with the center, 6km of medium tension electric line, four transformer stations to supply power for the center, etc.
Dong Nai has some scientific projects which have been advocated for construction including expansion of Dong Nai Biotechnology Center, Irradiation Center. In addition, the province is in the progress to petition for the investment of some projects in 2015 and 2016.
