The Prime Minister has signed Decision 300/QĐ-TTg dated Feb. 27, 2014 on the establishment of the National Centre for Research and Development of Open Technologies, under the Ministry of Science and Technology.
Accordingly, the centre will carry out studies on science and technology development, the development of science and technology potential and implement public service in the field of open technologies. Its head office will be situated in Hanoi.
The Minister of Science and Technology will regulate functions, tasks, authorities and organizational structure of the centre./.
