The signing ceremony was attended by Secretary Tran Dinh Thanh of Dong Nai provincial Party Committee, Chairman Nguyen Xuan Thang of Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences and Chairman Dinh Quoc Thai of the provincial People’s Committee.
