To make phone calls or send messages during the fight, subscribers of the country’s giant mobile service provider only have to open the international roaming function on their mobile phones.
The cost of sending 1 text message is 0.82 USD and incoming texts are free. To make a call will cost 4.30 USD a minute and incoming calls will be charged at nearly 5 USD a minute.
