Vietnam-Japan Information and Communication Technology Day (Japan ICT Day) will take place in Hanoi from November 24-25 to strengthen the exchange of information and experience among IT businesses.
The annual event is co-organised by the Vietnam Software Association (VINASA) and the Vietnam-Japan Information Technology Cooperation Club (VJC) under the sponsorship of the Ministry of Information and Communications, the Japan Information Industry Association (JISA), the Asian-Oceanian Computing Industry Organization (ASOCIO) and the Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO)
It includes seminars, partner meetings, and visits to businesses and universities, as well as traditional cultural exchanges.
Over the past five years, Japan ICT Day has become a prestigious event for both Vietnamese and Japanese IT businesses.
This year’s event is focused on a seminar on IT cooperation between Vietnam and Japan and another seminar on developing human resources for long-term IT cooperation between the two countries.
During the event, VINASA will announce its first list of software industries and IT services ranked by the VINASA Ranking System (VRS) based on the Japanese Skill Standards for IT Professionals (ITSS) and the European Certification of Informatics Professionals (EUCIP).
