Launched in 2003 by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development and the Netherlands Development Organization (SNV), the biogas project aims to help boost economic development, save energy and reduce environmentally toxic gases and improve the living environment.
As known, the farmers can use the waste from pigs to regularly power a electric generator.
According to plan, additional 100 biogas plants will be built in the province from now until the end of year.
