Training on product and goods traceability

On October 21, the Department of Science and Technology (DoST) of Dong Nai province organized a training conference on product and goods traceability in 2025 for officials from departments, agencies, People's Committees of communes and wards, and businesses, cooperatives, and OCOP (One Commune One Product Program) entities in the province.

Delivering the opening speech at the training conference, Trinh Thi Hoa, Deputy Director of the Department of Science and Technology of Dong Nai province, emphasized: The organization of the training conference is of great significance. Through the training program, management officials, businesses, and relevant organizations and individuals will enhance their awareness, update their knowledge, grasp new legal regulations, and effectively apply the traceability system in practice.

At the training conference, a goods traceability expert presented and shared insights on the current situation, emerging trends, and the legal framework for implementing product and goods traceability, including traceability standards, requirements for fresh fruit and vegetable supply chains, and several Vietnamese standards for traceability in the livestock, poultry, and fisheries sectors.

In addition, the conference introduced and provided guidance on connecting to the national product and goods traceability information portal, as well as methods for developing and implementing traceability systems in accordance with regulations. It also explored technological solutions to support the development and application of product and goods traceability systems.
