Many prominent activities, events to take place at Techfest Dong Nai 2025

On October 3, the Dong Nai Department of Science and Technology held a press conference to announce the Science, Technology, Innovation, and Digital Transformation Day 2025 (Techfest Dong Nai 2025). The event will take place from October 8 to 10 at the Dong Nai Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion Center (Tan Trieu Ward) under the theme: "Creative Runway - Dong Nai Takes Off". Techfest Dong Nai 2025 is expected to feature a digital technology exhibition with around 200 booths showcasing technology products, innovative solutions, and OCOP items, and is projected to attract approximately 1,500 participants.

In parallel, the festival will feature a series of specialized seminars on advancing science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation in Dong Nai, as well as strengthening regional linkages and developing an innovative startup ecosystem. The provincial Science and Technology Development Fund is also expected to be launched. Notably, the event’s opening and closing ceremonies will be livestreamed on digital platforms.

Speaking at the press conference, Deputy Director of the Dong Nai Department of Science and Technology Vo Hoang Khai stated that Techfest Dong Nai 2025 is being organized with the goal of promoting innovation as a driving force for socio-economic development and effectively connecting businesses, research institutes, investors, and regulatory agencies. It aims to spread the spirit of entrepreneurship, especially among young people and small- and medium-sized enterprises, and support promising ideas and projects. At the same time, the event aims to strengthen regional linkages, expand domestic and international cooperation, and contribute to making Dong Nai province, in particular, and the Southeast region more broadly, a leading national innovation hub.

"In particular, this year's festival is large in scale, featuring a wide range of activities: exhibitions, seminars, panel discussions, technology showcases, and accompanying events. It will be an opportunity for organizations, businesses, scientists, and young entrepreneurs to meet, exchange ideas, collaborate, and spread the spirit of innovation," emphasized Deputy Director of the Dong Nai Department of Science and Technology Vo Hoang Khai.
