Dong Nai reviews and finalizes science and technology tasks for 2025

On September 15, Director of the Department of Science and Technology of Dong Nai Province Pham Van Trinh chaired a meeting with provincial departments, agencies, and several universities and colleges to review and reach consensus on the list of science and technology tasks to be implemented and completed in 2025.

At the meeting, representatives of the relevant units reviewed, proposed, and registered lists of projects and tasks to be carried out and completed in 2025 in order to achieve the objectives set out in Plan No. 469-KH/TU dated May 16, 2025 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on the implementation of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW dated December 22, 2024 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation, and national digital transformation; and Plan No. 487-KH/TU dated June 24, 2025 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on promoting integrated, synchronized, rapid, and effective digital transformation in line with the organizational restructuring requirements of Dong Nai’s political system.

Concluding the meeting, Director of the Dong Nai Department of Science and Technology Pham Van Trinh emphasized that relevant units must review the progress of ongoing tasks, promptly finalize the list of additional registered projects and undertakings, and prepare and complete the necessary procedures to ensure timely implementation and completion in 2025, with particular attention to projects involving the procurement and investment in digital transformation equipment.

Accordingly, each unit should promptly send its registered list of projects to the Department of Science and Technology of Dong Nai Province for consolidation, cost estimation, and task planning to ensure completion of the objectives and contents of Plan No. 469-KH/TU and Plan No. 487-KH/TU, and report results to the Provincial People’s Committee for funding registration with the Ministry of Science and Technology.
