Department of Science and Technology conducts training on paperless meeting software

On September 23, the Dong Nai Department of Science and Technology organized a training session on the use of paperless meeting software for its officials and staff.

At the training session, representatives from VNPT Dong Nai introduced and demonstrated the VNPT eCabinet paperless meeting software system. The platform facilitates the organization of traditional-format meetings in a digital environment, aiming to improve the quality of meetings within administrative agencies. It helps reduce printing costs, save meeting time, and enhance the efficiency of management, direction, and administration.

This activity is part of the province’s response to National Digital Transformation Day (October 10) in 2025. It also concretizes the implementation of plans for data digitization and the integration and consolidation of information systems in the course of restructuring provincial-level administrative units.
