Information technology applied in quality management

The Department of Science and Technology has just issued Plan No. 04/KH-SKHCN on building and applying a quality management system meeting national standard TCVN ISO 9001:2015 information technology application (e-ISO).

Accordingly, the plan sets the goal of ensuring that 100% of divisions under the Department of Science and Technology correctly and effectively implement the application of e-ISO; maintain, improve or expand the application to the department's internal processes. At the same time, the plan requests to promote the application of information technology in resolving administrative procedures as well as the department's internal work, meeting the requirements of standards and systems, in order to improve the efficiency of administrative reform in the field of science and technology.

To implement the e-ISO application, the Department of Science and Technology will consolidate the ISO Steering Board; build a quality policy; build quality objectives and review risk and opportunity identification; review quality management system processes following national standard TCVN ISO 9001:2015 and internal processes.
