119 teams compete at the Dong Nai Provincial STEM Robotics Competition 2025

(ĐN) – On May 23, the Provincial Youth Union and Sonadezi College of Technology and Management jointly organized the Dong Nai Provincial STEM Robotics Competition 2025.

 

Speaking at the Dong Nai Provincial STEM Robotics Competition 2025, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Son Hung highly appreciated the role of the Provincial Youth Union and Sonadezi College of Technology and Management in organizing the competition. The competition attracted nearly 120 teams from 60 primary, secondary, and high schools – an impressive number, showing the widespread impact of the competition.

The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the organizing board to identify students with robotics abilities and passion through this competition to orient sustainable development…

The STEM Robotics Competition attracted 119 teams (2 members per team) from primary, secondary, and high schools.

Accordingly, teams in Group A – primary school block and Group B – secondary school block controlled robots on a sandbox to perform tasks. Teams in Group C – high school block programmed robots to automatically perform tasks on a sandbox. Each team had 2 turns to perform tasks within 5 minutes. Scores were calculated based on the level of task completion.

As a result, the Organizing Committee awarded 3 gold prizes in Groups A, B, and C respectively to the Mech Warriors team from An Hao Primary School (Bien Hoa City); the BIT BAY team, Thanh Phu Secondary School (Vinh Cuu District); and the Sonadezi 2 team, Sonadezi College of Technology and Management.

In addition, the Organizing Committee awarded 3 silver prizes, 6 bronze prizes, 9 strong team prizes, and 9 potential prizes.
