The "Warming the frontier" program is a practical activity to celebrate the success of the 14th National Congress of the Party and commemorate the 80th anniversary of the traditional day of the Traffic Police force (February 21, 1946 - 2026). Through that, the program helps concretize the "Three best" emulation movement launched by the Ministry of Public Security which is associated with "Most disciplined - Most loyal - Closest to the people" criteria. The program also contributed to enhancing legal propaganda and education combined with volunteer activities to fulfill the task of ensuring traffic order and safety and building the "All People Protect National Security" movement.
