Also according to Colonel Pham Van Dang, in addition to caring for and effectively implementing social welfare policies, helping disadvantaged compatriots welcome a warm spring, the program continues to promote the role of the people in participating in protecting national sovereignty, territorial integrity, and border security; actively providing information, coordinating in the fight against all types of crimes, maintaining political security, social order and safety in border areas.

Colonel Nguyen Anh Duc, Deputy Commander of the Provincial Military Command, Commander of the Provincial Border Guard Command, said: The Dong Nai Provincial Border Guard is tasked with managing and protecting a border line 258.939km long; managing 28 main border markers and 353 auxiliary border markers. The border line borders the provinces of Kratie, Tboung Khmum, and Mondulkiri of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
The program presented 150 gifts (500,000 VND/gift) by Tan Thanh, Loc An Border Guard Stations and Tan Tien commune to families of meritorious people, disadvantaged households, poor but studious students, along with zero-dong stalls.
Along with many other practical activities from philanthropists, sponsors, the zero-dong stalls with about 750 gifts, averaging 500,000 VND/gift, totaling about 400 million VND… The Border Guard Command also presented a house of gratitude to the family of professional Captain Nguyen Huu Thinh, who faced housing difficulties.
Colonel Nguyen Anh Duc stated: "In recent times, the management and protection of national border sovereignty have always been maintained, and the border line and markers have been kept in their original state. This result is due to the efforts, solidarity, and overcoming of difficulties by the specialized forces, with the Border Guard as the core, including the role of firmly consolidating the military-civilian solidarity in border communes through activities such as the program, which has been contributing to building a firm "border defense posture" and "people's heart posture" in the border region."
Participating in the activities and receiving gifts from the program, Kha Thi Mai emotionally expressed her deep gratitude to the leaders at all levels, sponsors, especially the Border Guard, for their care and responsibility towards the people in the border region, enabling them to welcome a full and warm spring.
On behalf of the provincial leaders, Ha Anh Dung, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Standing Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, informed: To have a warm spring, leaving no one behind, Dong Nai province has spent hundreds of billions of VND, supporting policy families and disadvantaged people. To date, the Fatherland Front has coordinated and mobilized over 10 billion VND with thousands of gifts presented to beneficiaries, especially in 8 border communes, so that everyone can have a joyful spring and a warm Tet…
