Deputy Secretary of Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee Thai Bao visits, extends Tet greetings to Vietnamese Heroic Mothers

On the afternoon of February 2, on the occasion of the 96th founding anniversary of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 – 2026) and in celebration of the Lunar New Year of the Horse 2026, a delegation representing the Provincial Party Committee, People’s Council, People’s Committee and the Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF) Committee of Dong Nai province, led by Thai Bao, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Head of the Provincial Party Committee’s Organization Commission, visited and presented gifts to Vietnamese Heroic Mothers in Xuan Loc commune and Xuan Phu commune.

The delegation visited Vietnamese Heroic Mother Tran Thi Kim Ve, aged 87, residing in Xuan Loc commune, and Vietnamese Heroic Mother Do Thi Mien, aged 94, residing in Xuan Phu commune.

At each visit, Thai Bao inquired attentively about the mothers’ health. On behalf of the provincial leaders, he expressed profound gratitude for their great contributions and noble sacrifices in the struggle for national liberation and national reunification.

Pleased to see that the mothers are well cared for by their families and local authorities, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Thai Bao wished them good health and happiness, and encouraged them to continue being a spiritual pillar and a model of revolutionary ethics for their children, grandchildren and younger generations to follow. He also expressed his hope that their families would continue to uphold revolutionary traditions and actively contribute to local development.

On this occasion, Thai Bao presented each mother with a Tet gift from the Provincial Party Committee, People’s Council, People’s Committee and the VFF Committee. He also urged local Party committees and authorities to continue paying close attention and fully and promptly implementing policies for people with meritorious contribution, ensuring that their families enjoy stable lives and a warm, happy traditional Tet.
