Deputy Commander of Military Region 7 visits, presents Tet gifts in Dong Nai

On the afternoon of February 4, Colonel Nguyen Tan Linh, Deputy Commander of Military Region 7, led a working delegation to visit, present gifts and extend Lunar New Year (Tet) greetings in Tran Bien Ward, Dong Nai Province. The delegation also included Colonel Thai Thanh Duc, Deputy Head of the Political Department of Military Region 7; Lieutenant Colonel Pham Minh Tri, Deputy Chief of the Provincial Military Command; and other members.

While visiting, encouraging and offering Tet greetings to Party agencies and some neighborhoods in Tran Bien Ward, Colonel Nguyen Tan Linh extended Tet wishes for health, happiness and success to the Party Committee, authorities and people of Tran Bien Ward.

Colonel Nguyen Tan Linh praised the locality’s achievements in economic development, national defense and security, strengthening the political system, and improving people’s livelihoods.

He also expressed his appreciation to the Ward Party Committee, People’s Council, People’s Committee, and the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee for creating favorable conditions for the armed forces, particularly the Ward Military Command, to operate effectively and proactively advise on local defense tasks in the new situation.

On this occasion, Colonel Nguyen Tan Linh extended Tet greetings and presented gifts to the school administrators of Thong Nhat Secondary School, and distributed 100 Tet gift packages to disadvantaged households in Vinh Thanh Neighborhood, Tran Bien Ward.
