Returning to the roots and implementing the program “Spring at the border of solidarity, Tet warming military-civilian bonds,” along with free medical checkups, health consultations, and medicine distribution for policy families, people with meritorious service, and disadvantaged households in the area, is a humane initiative of the Party, the government, and the military, directly carried out by units in coordination with Army Officer Training College 2. At the same time, it reflects the profound gratitude of the units, especially Army Officer Training College 2, toward the place where the school was established nearly 65 years ago.

He affirmed that this activity is organized annually by the school, especially during Tet and the spring season, both contributing to local efforts in caring for Tet for families with meritorious service and disadvantaged people, and expressing gratitude in line with the spirit of the “People’s Army,” born from the people, fighting for the people, and serving the people. Notably, in 2026, the program serves as a practical activity in response to the movement “The Army joins hands for the poor, leaving no one behind” and also as a meaningful event celebrating the success of the 14th National Party Congress.
