Joining the working delegation were Lieutenant Colonel Hoang Manh Chinh, Deputy Chief of Staff of the Provincial Military Command; Senior Lieutenant Colonel Ly Quyet Thang, Deputy Head of Political Affairs; and representatives from other agencies of the Provincial Military Command.

Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Van Thuan, Deputy Head of Logistics and Technical Department of the Provincial Military Command, who is in charge of the military force assisting people in rebuilding their houses, said: Following the Prime Minister's directive on the Quang Trung Rapid Campaign to rebuild houses and help people overcome the consequences of natural disasters caused by floods, from November 11-12, the Provincial Military Command sent a working group of nearly 40 officers and soldiers, along with mobile equipment, to Hamlet 14, Cat Tien Commune, Lam Dong Province to help rebuild the house of Pham Van Hai, which was destroyed by natural disasters.

After staying in Cat Tien for nearly a week, officers and soldiers of the Provincial Military Command cleaned up and leveled the ground, and rebuilt the house according to the design drawings. The house has an area of nearly 130 square meters, including a living room, 3 bedrooms, a kitchen, and auxiliary facilities.
To date, the construction progress has exceeded the set schedule; at the same time, the officers and soldiers have united and overcome the difficulties of the weather, strived to complete the house ahead of schedule (before January 15, 2026, as stipulated in the Quang Trung Rapid Campaign to help people have new houses for Tet).

Delivering his encouraging address to the officers and soldiers of the provincial armed forces working on the project, Lieutenant Colonel Bui Khanh Hoa, Deputy Commander of the Provincial Military Command, praised and acknowledged their efforts, creativity, and determination to overcome difficulties and complete the project early. He also requested that the working group strictly adhere to military discipline and the law, maintain good relations with the local people, work together, and be determined to successfully complete the assigned tasks and ensure absolute safety during the execution of the mission.
