On the morning of December 17, comrade Huynh Thi Hang, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dong Nai province, chaired a briefing conference of the provincial mass mobilization bloc for the fourth quarter of 2025.

In the fourth quarter, agencies within the province’s mass mobilization bloc closely followed and timely, effectively implemented the conclusions issued by the Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dong Nai Province at the third-quarter 2025 briefing meeting. Targets and tasks set out in the 2025 mass mobilization work program were reviewed and completed as planned.

Agencies within the bloc proactively and actively advised on the implementation of the Resolution of the 1st Provincial Party Congress, as well as the resolutions, programs, plans and tasks assigned by the Standing members and the Provincial Party Standing Committee. Efforts to grasp the situation of the people, as well as ethnic and religious affairs, were strengthened; feedback and petitions were handled in a timely manner, particularly those related to land clearance, social security, public order and safety, and religious activities. These efforts contributed to maintaining political security and social order, and to completing the 2025 mass mobilization targets in the post-merger context and the implementation of the two-tier local government model.

The Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations led and directed the successful organization of the 1st Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and the congresses of socio-political organizations at the commune and provincial levels for the 2025–2030 term. Communication activities before, during and after the congresses were implemented in a coordinated and effective manner; emulation movements celebrating the success of the Provincial Party Congress, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Congress, the congresses of socio-political organizations, and the patriotic emulation movement for the 2025–2030 period were widely launched. Social supervision and social criticism continued to be effectively carried out, focusing on issues directly related to the lawful and legitimate rights and interests of the people.

Social security has been effectively carried out by the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations at all levels, achieving many practical results. The province launched two campaigns to support people affected by storms and floods, receiving over VND 125.6 billion and assisting 19 localities with a total funding of VND 134.3 billion. In addition, the Provincial “For the Poor” Fund supported VND 48 billion to rebuild temporary and dilapidated houses in Cao Bang, Yen Bai, and Dak Lak provinces. The Vietnam Fatherland Front at all levels organized numerous relief and social security activities both within and outside the province, with total funding of hundreds of billions of dong, helping people promptly overcome difficulties and stabilize their lives.

In addition to the achievements achieved, representatives of agencies within the province’s mass mobilization bloc reported certain difficulties and obstacles and proposed solutions to promptly address arising complex issues.
Huynh Thi Hang, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dong Nai Province, requested that: in the first quarter of 2026, agencies within the province’s mass mobilization bloc continue to implement the Resolution of the Provincial Party Congress for the 2025–2030 term, linked to the specific tasks of each unit, and implement the Resolution of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Congress and socio-political organizations of the province for the 2025–2030 term. Emulation activities are to be promoted and organized to celebrate the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party, the Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, and the central-level congresses of socio-political organizations for the 2026–2031 term; and the elections of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and People’s Councils at all levels for the 2026–2031 term are to be promoted, ensuring that they are conducted democratically, legally, safely, and successfully.
Chairwoman Huynh Thi Hang also requested that agencies within the province’s mass mobilization bloc closely monitor the situation of the people and of officials, civil servants, and public employees during the implementation of the two-tier local government model, as well as any difficulties or obstacles, in order to promptly report and advise the Party Committee and government for guidance and addressing.
Agencies and units are to strengthen coordination in implementing social security activities and caring for the material and spiritual lives of the people, especially families entitled to social policies, union members, association members, workers, and ethnic minorities in remote and isolated areas. In particular, for the 2026 Lunar New Year (Tet)– the Year of the Horse, focus will be on ensuring a thorough and thoughtful Tet celebration for the people under the motto “No one is left behind” and “Tet comes to everyone, every household.”
