Long Thanh Commune signs cooperation agreement in digital transformation

On December 26, Duong Minh Dung, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the People’s Council of Long Thanh Commune; Le Hoang Son, Deputy Party Committee Secretary and Chairman of the People’s Committee of Long Thanh Commune; and other delegates attended the signing ceremony of a digital transformation cooperation agreement with Global Technology - Telecommunications Corporation (GTEL CDS).

During the signing program, delegates watched videos summarizing the results of digital transformation in 2025 and the digital transformation roadmap for 2026 of Long Thanh Commune, as well as an introduction to GTEL CDS and digital transformation models that have been successfully implemented in many provinces and cities nationwide.

The GTEL CDS representative presented the 41-G-IOC (AIOXI) model, an intelligent operations and monitoring platform that enables commune leaders to comprehensively manage, direct, and administer activities in a digital environment; the AI Kiosk public administration system, which supports citizens in information lookup, application submission, and tracking the progress of administrative procedures in a fast, open, and transparent manner; along with a thematic presentation titled “Information Security in the New Era,” emphasizing that digital transformation must always go hand in hand with data security and safety.

According to leaders of Long Thanh Commune, the digital transformation cooperation signing program between the commune and GTEL CDS marks a breakthrough in building a digital government. It is an event of particular significance, demonstrating the strong political determination of the Party Committee, local authorities, and the entire political system of Long Thanh commune to develop a digital government, a digital society, and digital citizens, meeting the development requirements of the new stage.
