On December 11, implementing the Quang Trung Campaign launched by the Prime Minister and following the direction of the High Command of Military Region 7, the Dong Nai Provincial Military Command mobilised forces and swiftly deployed personnel to build houses and assist residents of Lam Dong Province in the aftermath of storms and floods.

Nearly 40 officers and soldiers of the Dong Nai Provincial Military Command were dispatched to support the family of Pham Van Hai in Hamlet 14, Cat Tien Commune, Lam Dong Province, in rebuilding their house. The new house covers nearly 130 square metres and comprises a living room, three bedrooms, a kitchen, and auxiliary facilities.

Immediately upon arrival at the locality, officers and soldiers of the Dong Nai Provincial Military Command began work on key stages, including land levelling, foundation excavation, and house frame construction. By noon on December 12, the forces had completed site clearance, poured concrete columns, and excavated the house's foundation.

According to Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Van Thuan, Deputy Head of the Logistics and Technical Department of the Provincial Military Command, all officers and soldiers assigned to the mission have carried out their tasks with the utmost sense of responsibility, helping to promote the image of “Uncle Ho's soldiers” in the new context. Through these efforts, local residents are supported in overcoming difficulties and stabilising their lives early, and the construction project is expected to be completed ahead of schedule.
