The Provincial Party Secretary suggested: 2026 is the first year of implementing the goals and tasks of the Resolution of the First Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030; the targets set must be very high, especially the double-digit economic growth target. Besides the basic advantages, Dong Nai province will also face many intertwined difficulties and challenges that will impact the implementation of the tasks set out in the resolution. Therefore, given the significant importance of the contents of this conference, the Provincial Party Standing Committee requests that the members of the Provincial Party Executive Committee and delegates uphold their sense of responsibility to the Party and the people, maximize their intellect and experience, and focus on objectively, comprehensively, scientifically, and practically discussing and evaluating the achievements, shortcomings, limitations, causes, and agreeing on the main targets, tasks, and solutions for socio-economic development, national defense and security, Party building, and political system building in 2026.
