After conducting on-site surveys in the areas, Ton Ngoc Hanh, Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee and Chairwoman of the provincial People’s Council, acknowledged and highly appreciated the close coordination of departments, sectors, and members of Working Group 142 in carrying out the survey mission. She also emphasized the importance of practical field surveys in border areas so that leaders of departments, sectors, and local authorities not only report on realities but also proactively provide policy advice and proposals, especially on tasks that need to be implemented immediately, enabling the Provincial Party Standing Committee to issue guidelines and orientations for socio-economic development and national defense and security in Dong Nai’s border areas, and to adjust and supplement the Dong Nai Provincial Master Plan for the 2021–2030 period with a vision to 2050.

The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee urged relevant agencies to continue close coordination and advise the provincial People’s Committee on addressing obstacles and difficulties, while proactively proposing effective solutions and sets of solutions to support provincial planning in line with the set objectives and requirements.

For areas related to national defense or affected by ongoing road projects, provincial departments and local authorities were requested to closely coordinate with the Provincial Border Guard Command and functional forces to prepare advisory documents for submission to the Provincial People’s Committee, which would then be forwarded to the Border Guard High Command and the Ministry of National Defense for approval. This approach aims to create favorable conditions and strong support for the sustainable development of border areas.
