The contest is held over four weeks, from November 7 to December 4, 2025. After the first two weeks, from November 7 to 20, tens of thousands of entries had already been submitted. The contest aims to strongly promote the spirit of studying the Party’s resolutions among officials, Party members, youth union members, association members, and the public; thereby inspiring each individual to uphold responsibility in their assigned work and contribute to the effective implementation of the Resolution of Provincial Party Congress for the 2025–2030 tenure.

The Resolution must become a “textbook” and “dictionary” for everyone

Speaking at the 1st Dong Nai Provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 tenure, Vu Hong Van, Secretary of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Dong Nai NA Delegation, emphasized: guided by the Central Committee’s direction, the Congress documents closely alignedwith practical realities, are concise, easy to remember, and easy to implement. Throughout the next five years, the documents must become a “textbook” and “dictionary”, so that whenever needed, people can look to them and immediately find the guiding light.

Building on the new approaches adopted in organising the Party congresses at all levels, the online format of the contest on understanding the Resolution is also a new and creative approach in disseminating and studying the Party’s resolutions. This not only helps officials, Party members, and the public gain deeper understanding of the province’s orientations and development directions, encourages self-study in political theory and Party resolutions, but also opens a broad learning space where everyone can participate anytime, adapting to the era of digital transformation.

Truong Thanh Nam, a Party member of the Tho Son Commune Police Cell under the Tho Son Commune Party Committee, and winner of the first week of the contest, shared: “After receiving instructions from the Tho Son Commune Party Committee and my unit’s Party cell, I studied the related documents. The contest helped me better grasp the Resolution’s major targets, solutions, and action programs, thereby motivating me further in my work.”

Thi Dieu Hien, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Tho Son Commune Party Committee, said that after receiving the guidelines the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committees’ Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, the commune Party Committee instructed its subordinate Party cells and the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune to disseminate information about the contest to officials, Party members, public servants, employees, youth union members, association members, students, and local residents. The contest was also promoted through online platforms and social media channels of agencies and units in the commune. In the contest’s first week, Party member Truong Thanh Nam won the provincial first prize, and the commune Party Committee promptly commended him to encourage wider participation.

A practical way to bring the Party’s resolutions into life

In the first two consecutive weeks, the Party Committee of the Dong Nai Provincial People’s Committee was among five collectives receiving commendations for having many prize-winning participants.

Nguyen Van Dung, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Dong Nai Provincial People’s Committee, said the committee requested Party cells and grassroots Party organizations to encourage all officials, Party members, public servants, employees, and workers to take part in the contest. Each Party cell and grassroots Party Committee must ensure at least 25% of its members participate, with specific targets assigned to each organization.

Nguyen Thi Hong Trang, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Standing Deputy Head in charge of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee’s Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, and Head of the contest’s organizing committee, said the contest aims to widely disseminate the achievements in implementing the Resolution of the Provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 tenure. At the same time, it provides conditions for officials, Party members, and the public to study the contents of the Resolution of the 1st Provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 tenure, particularly its core visions, development orientations for Dong Nai in the new era, guiding principles, key targets, and strategic breakthroughs of the 2025–2030 term.

Associate Professor Dr. Huynh Van Toi, former member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, former Head of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committees’ Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, and former Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dong Nai Province, said he highly appreciated the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee’s Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission for organizing the contest with practical content and a modern format. He added that this long-standing expectation meets the current requirements of ideological work and renews methods of disseminating and bringing the Party’s resolutions into everyday life.

After just the first half of the contest period, tens of thousands of participants have taken part. This shows that the contest is not merely a competition, but a journey to spread knowledge, trust, and development aspirations, awakening political awareness and the spirit of study among officials, Party members, and the public. It also encourages the entire Party, people, and armed forces of the province to uphold revolutionary heroism, patriotism, and the spirit of “self-reliance, self-confidence, self-strengthening, resilience, and national pride,” firmly pursuing the path toward socialism with determination, strong effort, and decisive, effective action to overcome challenges and successfully implement the Resolution of the 1st Dong Nai Provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 tenure, as well as the Resolution of the 14th National Party Congress.
