Enterprises at full steam to speed up year-end production

The final months of the year are always the peak period for production and business activities. This is not only the time when enterprises race to fulfill orders, but also when the consumer market becomes the most vibrant in the year. For an industrial province like Dong Nai, this period is especially meaningful as most companies are striving to recover and maintain stable growth, making an important contribution to the province’s goal of achieving double-digit growth in 2025.

Many businesses in Dong Nai are operating at full capacity, even working overtime to meet delivery schedules, especially for year-end export orders, and to meet purchasing power in preparation for the 2026 Lunar New Year. Therefore, accelerating concentrated solutions for year-end production has become one of the key tasks for both the province and enterprises during this period.

To effectively capitalize on this peak period, the prerequisite is to ensure capital sources. In the coming time, Dong Nai needs to continue implementing solutions that help enterprises access preferential credit packages, reduce interest rates, and restructure or extend debt repayments. These measures will provide companies with additional cash flow to maintain operations, expand production, and increase credit limits for key industries, while also encouraging businesses to confidently invest in new technologies. Applying modern technology will serve as an important “lever” to accelerate production, especially during the year-end period.

Another key issue that Dong Nai and local businesses must pay close attention to during the year-end period is maintaining a stable workforce. At this time, the demand for seasonal workers rises sharply, while labor turnover, especially in industrial parks, continues due to job changes or workers returning to their hometowns early.

Dong Nai and its enterprises need to keep implementing measures to retain workers, such as ensuring salaries and bonuses, improving working conditions, announcing Tet bonus plans early, organizing overtime shifts in a reasonable manner, and taking care of workers’ material and mental wellbeing. Social welfare policies, such as support for rental housing, transportation, and Tet assistance for workers in difficult circumstances, also need to be strengthened to maintain a stable labor force during the peak production season of the year.

In addition, strengthening trade promotion is also an effective solution to help businesses boost year-end consumption. By focusing on measures to accelerate production and business activities from the final months of the year, Dong Nai and the business community will create an important foundation for growth in the new year, contributing to economic and social stability and improving the lives of workers.
