Speaking at the opening ceremony, Nguyen Minh Kien, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF) Committee of Dong Nai Province, and Secretary of the Dong Nai Provincial Youth Union, emphasized that 2025 is an exceptionally significant year, marking a revolutionary milestone for the Dong Nai Provincial Party Organization following the implementation of the two-tier local government model.

The Dong Nai Youth Fest and the Dong Nai Creative and Responsible Youth Festive Day 2025 are events of Dong Nai’s youth, showcasing their emulative spirit for outstanding achievements to celebrate the success of the 1st Dong Nai Provincial Party Congress, and prepare for the 1st Dong Nai Provincial VFF Congress (2025–2030 tenure), as well as the 1st Congresses of other political and social organizations for the 2025–2030 term.

This year’s Dong Nai Youth Fest is being held on a large scale following the merger of the former Dong Nai and Binh Phuoc provinces, marking a significant milestone in the development of the new Dong Nai Province. In this new context, Dong Nai’s youth are expected to demonstrate their pioneering and dynamic spirit across all fronts, particularly in innovation and digital transformation to truly embody the role of the future leaders of the nation.

According to Nguyen Minh Kien, Secretary of the Dong Nai Provincial Youth Union, this year’s Dong Nai Youth Fest features three stages with more than 20 activities. The event includes a wide range of cultural and artistic performances, sports events, and ceremonies honoring exemplary individuals, including students, young officials, and rural youth, who have demonstrated a strong sense of responsibility and contributed to local development. In addition, these activities highlight the spirit of innovation and digital transformation, with workshops and training sessions held to equip young people with entrepreneurial knowledge and startup skills.

During the event, the Dong Nai Provincial Youth Union honored and presented certificates of merit to 4 collectives and 10 individuals for their outstanding achievements in the Young Creators Movement; 7 individuals for their excellence in the 3 Responsibilities Movement; as well as 1 collective and 7 individuals for their remarkable contributions to production and business activities, helping to promote the development of advanced and model new-style rural areas.
