Attending the meeting were comrade Ha Anh Dung, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and Permanent Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dong Nai province, along with Vice Chairmen of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province; former leaders of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dong Nai province and Binh Phuoc province in previous periods; cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province.

Speaking at the meeting, Comrade Ha Anh Dung emphasized that 2025 marks the 95th anniversary of the glorious traditional day of the Vietnam Fatherland Front. This milestone continues to affirm the truth: “Great unity is the source of our nation’s invincible strength.” This year’s gathering holds significant meaning, including the successful organization by the Front at all levels in the province of the first congress of delegates of the Vietnam Fatherland Front at the commune and provincial levels for the 2025–2030 term. It also marks the first year that the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees at all levels have been formed by merging the former Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees with five political organizations: the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, the Vietnam Women’s Union, the Vietnam Farmers’ Union, the Vietnam Veterans Association, and the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour.

According to comrade Ha Anh Dung, achieving the goal of building Dong Nai into a green, prosperous, civilized, and modern province requires the dedication, joint effort, and unity of the Party Committee, government, and people across the province, among whom the Fatherland Front at all levels plays a vital role and bears significant responsibility. Accordingly, the Front will continue to focus on thoroughly disseminating the Party’s guidelines and policies, as well as the State’s policies and laws on great national unity. It will place people at the center, as both the focus and the driving force of reform, not only mobilizing them to implement policies but also enabling their participation in decision-making and monitoring outcomes.

The Front will intensify the implementation of the “listening to the people’s voices month” mechanism across all levels and all member organizations. It will not simply listen to reports in meeting rooms, but go directly into residential areas, to places where people live and work, to truly hear their voices. The Front will further strengthen its role in consultation and unified action, connecting member organizations, advising on, and proposing policy. Every movement must have a designated location, a responsible person, and measurable outcomes.

In addition, the Front takes part in fostering a healthy and compassionate cultural environment, contributing to the strengthening of social trust and a solid "people’s heart position." Social supervision and criticism are becoming more substantive, with a focus on selecting the right priorities. Emphasis is placed on building a strong organization and a capable team of Front cadres to meet the demands of the new context and international integration. The Front will continue to innovate its content and methods of operation, moving closer to the grassroots, with clear priorities, taking residential communities as the area of operation, and the people as both the center and the driving force of implementation. Digital technology will be applied in management, as well as in receiving public feedback and recommendations via digital platforms.

On this occasion, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dong Nai province commended three collectives and 20 individuals for their significant contributions to the organization of the 1st Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Dong Nai province for the 2025–2030 term.
