Senior Lieutenant General Vo Minh Luong emphasized that, in the time ahead, the college must continue to thoroughly grasp and effectively implement the Party’s guidelines and policies; the State’s laws and regulations; as well as the resolutions, conclusions, and directives of the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defence on military and defence affairs, education and training, scientific research, and the requirements for building a contingent of military officers in the new era. He reiterated the principle: “The quality of the school’s training is the ready-to-combat ability of the unit.”

He also urged the college to accelerate innovation in training procedures, curricula, and content to ensure scientific rigor, continuity, inheritance, integration, practicality, and development. This should be closely linked with moral and character education, helping learners strengthen their political will, skills, and competencies to meet the demands of high-tech warfare.

At the same time, the college must enhance scientific research; continue building a team of lecturers and educational managers with sufficient numbers, high quality, and an appropriate structure, meeting the required standards. Efforts should focus on improving capacity in curriculum development and modern teaching methods. The college should also pay close attention to building a strong Party Committee in terms of political ideology, ethics, organizational structure, and personnel, with strong leadership and combat capacity, while proactively promoting digital transformation and the application of information technology in all educational and training activities.

Reporting to the delegation, Lieutenant General Luong Dinh Lanh, the College’s Principal, stated that 100% of lecturers currently hold university or postgraduate degrees, including 7.8% with doctorates and 64.7% with master’s degrees. The college also has 1 People’s Teacher, 1 Professor, 7 Associate Professors, 14 senior lecturers, and 179 principal lecturers.

In recent years, the college has continued to concretize and synchronously implement solutions to improve the quality of education and training, effectively following the principle that “The quality of the college’s training is the ready-to-combat ability of the unit.” The college has focused on innovating training content, curricula, and processes to meet the requirements and tasks of training and maintaining the unit’s combat readiness.
