United in will and action to put Resolution of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Congress into practice

The closing session of the first Dong Nai Provincial Party Congress, 2025-2030 term was held on the afternoon of September 30.

Delegates at the congress, Party members, and people from all walks of life in the province expressed their agreement with the contents adopted at the congress; at the same time, they demonstrated a spirit of unity and determination to bring the Resolution of the first Provincial Party Congress into real life.

* Colonel Bui Dang Ninh, Provincial Party Committee member, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Military Party Committee, Political Commissar of the Dong Nai Provincial Military Command: A specific action program will be in place to put the resolution into practice

Immediately after the congress, the Provincial Military Party Committee will base on the targets and objectives of the resolution to concretize them through an action program, which identifies tasks to be done, anticipates opportunities and challenges, and proposes specific solutions to make the resolution practical, suitable to the specific characteristics of the armed forces, building a lean, strong, and modern army, worthy of being the core force protecting the Party, State, and People, firmly defending the Fatherland in all situations.

In particular, the Provincial Military Party Committee will thoroughly grasp the resolutions, objectives, tasks, and groups of solutions for cadres and soldiers; raise awareness and improve all aspects of their capabilities so that each cadre and soldier clearly identify their responsibilities, recognizes difficulties and challenges, and sets goals for striving.

At the same time, the Provincial Military Party Committee will identify solution groups related to human resources; because no matter how modern weapons, equipment, and technical facilities are, without modern human resources, it will be very difficult to achieve the goal of building a lean, strong, and modern army. The human resources here must be equipped with both political loyalty and professional expertise, possessing competence and qualifications, mastering science and technology, having military knowledge, understanding all fields of culture and society; clearly grasping policies, knowing management methods; improving all aspects of cadres' capabilities such as the ability to thoroughly grasp and concretize resolutions; the ability to organize and operate; the ability to handle unforeseen situations, and the core is to implement a democratic environment within the Party, in command and operation, and within the unit.

A highlight of Dong Nai Provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term is its "paperless" format; in which technology and digital transformation are strongly applied in practice. The provincial Party Committee and Provincial People's Committee leaders leads the application of science and technology and digital transformation to the congress; the Department of Science and Technology coordinated with MobiFone to implement some areas such as facial recognition cameras, delegate check-ins, as well as interactive greetings for delegates and guests. To bring the resolution into life, especially to translate the resolution in the industry's field, in addition to thoroughly communicating the resolution to cadres, civil servants, and public employees, immediately after the congress, the Department of Science and Technology will host the 2025 Creative Science and Digital Transformation Festival with many diverse and rich contents. Embracing that aspiration, the youth of Dong Nai have identified their responsibilities, their own pride in building an action program to implement the resolution. After the first Provincial Party Congress, all levels of the Youth Union will organize Youth Union congresses at all levels. To bring the resolution into life, after the congress, Minh Hung Ward Party Committee will review the local planning to align with the general planning of the province; build a plan to attract investment; focus on infrastructure investment to support the development of services, trade, and tourism.

In particular, the ward will leverage local advantages such as 2 industrial parks covering 489 ha that are already fully occupied; continue to clear land for investment in 2 industrial parks spanning nearly 1,000 hectares. It will also focus on investing in supporting services, trade, and tourism; prioritize supporting small businesses, trade-service cooperatives to promote the potential and advantages of the locality.

Along with that, the Party Organization will focus on fostering and training human resources, improving the quality of cadres and civil servants to meet the requirements of tasks in the new situation.

* Dieu Kieng, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Bu Gia Map Commune: Joining hands to build Dong Nai into a sustainable developed province

Through 2 days of the congress, I found the organization solemn and thorough; the contents of the congress closely followed the socio-economic development tasks of the province in particular and the national development tasks in general in the new period.

As the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Bu Gia Map Commune - one of the 8 border communes of Dong Nai province, and also as a representative of the S'tieng ethnic group attending the congress, I will, together with the Executive Committee of the Commune Party Committee, lead and direct the Party committees, authorities, Fatherland Front, and socio-political organizations to propagate the congress resolution to the people. At the same time, I will mobilize the S'tieng ethnic people as well as the people of Bu Gia Map commune to join hands in building the homeland of Bu Gia Map in particular, and Dong Nai province in general, towards sustainable development.

This Provincial Party Congress was organized solemnly and thoroughly. The congress focused on evaluating the results of the past term and setting out directions and tasks for the new term. What I appreciate is that the political report not only acknowledes the results but also frankly points out the limitations.

After the congress, in addition to propagating the content of the resolution, mobilizing monks, nuns, and Buddhists to comply with the Party's guidelines and policies, and the State's laws, Buddhist community will continue to participate in ensuring social welfare and stabilizing the social situation.

* Priest Tran Xuan Thao, Chairman of the Committee for Solidarity of Vietnamese Catholics in Dong Nai province: Bringing the resolution to Catholic compatriots

The 1st Dong Nai Provincial Party Congress, 2025-2030 term, is an important political event, it not only evaluated the results of implementing the resolution of the past term but also set out directions and tasks for the new term.

I am very honored to attend the 1st Congress of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee, 2025-2030 term. The preparation and organization of the congress were very thorough. As a citizen of Dong Nai province and a teacher in charge of the school’s HYPO, I am very interested in the 1st Dong Nai Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030 that took place on September 29 and 30. This is a particularly important political event after the merger of the province.

I have always closely followed the information of the 1st Congress of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee, term 2025-2030 via the media channels. The congress has issued a practical resolution, identifying breakthroughs in economic development, improving people's lives, and driving the province towardss sustainable development.
