On October 12, the Trang Dai ward Youth Union (YU) held its first Congress for the 2025–2030 tenure, with the participation of 120 official delegates representing more than 5,000 union members and young people in the area.

The Trang Dai ward YU was established through the merger of the former Trang Dai ward YU and Thien Tan commune YU. During the 2022–2025 period, the union fostered solidarity, overcame challenges, and effectively implemented the goals and tasks set out in the resolutions of the two previous Congresses.
Communication and educational activities have been continuously renewed and implemented in diverse forms. Revolutionary youth movements were concretized through practical activities that promoted the dynamism, volunteerism, and creativity of members, contributing to local development. Youth support programs have been widely implemented, creating an environment for comprehensive growth among young people. The union has also focused on strengthening its organization, expanding unity, engaging more youth, and actively participating in building and protecting the Party and the political system.

For the 2025–2030 term, under the motto “Solidarity – aspiration – innovation – integration – development,” Trang Dai ward YU set 13 key targets and 3 breakthrough tasks. These include promoting communication and education; advancing the “Vietnamese youth pioneering in the new era” movement; developing Trang Dai youth comprehensively; strengthening the YU, expanding the united front, and mobilizing young people; supporting the Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneer Organization and enhancing the protection, care, and education of children; building and protecting the Party and the political system

Speaking at the event, Deputy Secretary of the Dong Nai Provincial Youth Union Nguyen Tran Phuong Ha, on behalf of its Standing Committee, commended the achievements that the Trang Dai ward YU has attained in recent years. In the era of Industry 4.0, which poses numerous challenges to the union, the Deputy Secretary of the Dong Nai Provincial Youth Union emphasized that the union should regard the online environment as a key front to accompany, engage with, and guide young people. Therefore, the ward YU needs to focus on equipping its officials with the necessary knowledge and skills to promptly orient its members and young people.

She also urged the union to turn the Congress motto into concrete actions, uniting young people from all walks of life to contribute to the province’s shared aspirations. Digital transformation, now an imperative, requires the union to establish specific goals and solutions related to innovation and technology, striving to become one of the pioneering units in these areas.
The Congress announced the decision of the Dong Nai Provincial Youth Union’s Standing Committee to appoint a 22-member Executive Committee for Trang Dai ward YU. Tran Thi Tham was appointed Secretary of the Trang Dai ward YU for the 2025–2030 tenure
