Thorough preparations for Dong Nai’s first Patriotic Emulation Congress, for the 2025–2030 term

On the afternoon of October 7, Le Truong Son, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of Dong Nai People’s Committee, and the first Vice Chairman of the Dong Nai Provincial Emulation and Commendation Council, together with Ha Anh Dung, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Standing Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF) Committee of Dong Nai province, and Vice Chairman of the Dong Nai Provincial Emulation and Commendation Council, co-chaired a meeting with Council members to discuss the organization of Dong Nai’s first Patriotic Emulation Congress for the 2025–2030 period.

At the meeting, the Provincial Emulation and Commendation Council reviewed and reassessed the eligibility and criteria of agencies, units, and localities nominated as exemplary models proposed for certificates of merit from the Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee at the upcoming Congress. Based on a rigorous evaluation process and consultations with relevant agencies, the Council agreed to propose 275 exemplary collectives and individuals to receive the certificates of merit from the Provincial People’s Committee.

Among them, 51 examples (including 25 collectives and 26 individuals) are expected to be honored directly at the Congress. The selection is based on outstanding achievements across various sectors and emulation movements.

The Congress is scheduled to take place on October 15 at the Dong Nai Center for Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion. It is expected to welcome about 500 delegates, including central and provincial guests, appointed representatives, and exemplary individuals and collectives.

On the same afternoon, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of Dong Nai People’s Committee Le Truong Son and Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Standing Vice Chairman of Dong Nai VFF Ha Anh Dung continued to work with the Organizing Committee of the first Patriotic Emulation Congress, 2025–2030 term.

At the working session, relevant agencies and units exchanged views and discussed the overall program, detailed script, guest reception, stage setup, and cultural performances to serve the Congress.

According to the units, preparations for the Congress have been carried out on schedule and in line with requirements. The presiding officials requested that, from now until the event takes place, all relevant agencies and units should continue to effectively implement assigned tasks to ensure the Congress’s success.
