The mission of entrepreneurs in the new era

Dong Nai province, after merging with Binh Phuoc province, continues to be a dynamic industrial region, forming a new growth center in the South.

With dozens of thousands of businesses operating in the province, the contingent of entrepreneurs in Dong Nai is growing in number and strengthening in quality. Along with the efforts of the entire political system, the business community also bears significant responsibility for the socio-economic development of the locality, acting as the "locomotive" to pull the economic train faster and further, contributing to achieving Dong Nai's double-digit growth target in 2025.

In the context of the country in general and Dong Nai in particular entering a new era - an era of digital transformation, green development, and deep global integration, every entrepreneur and business carries a great responsibility. The greatest responsibility is to maintain growth and innovative breakthroughs. Businesses need to proactively invest in research and apply artificial intelligence, big data, automation, etc., to improve productivity, reduce costs, and participate more deeply in the global value chain.

Secondly, entrepreneurs in the new era are those who are professionally competent, strong in management, ethical, uphold the rule of law, possess a strong national spirit, and are conscious of serving the community. They are the pioneering force on the journey of industrialization, modernization, green transformation, and circular development. This content is clearly stated in Resolution 68-NQ/TW dated May 4, 2025 of the Politburo on private economic development.

Thirdly, entrepreneurs and businesses need to accompany the State in social development. The new era not only requires entrepreneurs to have business capabilities but also places high demands for their courage, vision, and mission. Entrepreneurs not only enrich themselves and contribute to the budget but also participate in social welfare programs, poverty reduction, and community support; contributing to enriching the country, building trust, and spreading good values in the community.

For entrepreneurs to fully realize their potential, they need to continue to be empowered by a truly open, transparent, and stable business environment. Policies supporting capital, land, taxes, human resource training, and digital transformation need to be implemented synchronously and more substantively. In addition, the companionship of the government through the spirit of "a serving government, thriving businesses"; promoting administrative reform..., is a key factor to create trust, so that entrepreneurs can feel secure in long-term investment and production.

Besides, in the context of integration, entrepreneurs also need support regarding market information, international connections, and technology transfer. Along with that, entrepreneurs themselves must constantly learn, proactively adapt, improve management capacity, and strive for sustainable development - for an economy that not only grows fast but also grows green.

The above-mentioned solutions will be a solid foundation for the economy in general and the private economic sector in particular to create a breakthrough, contributing to building a fast-developing, rich, strong, sustainable, and prosperous country.
