Reporting achievements to Uncle Ho, General Vo Nguyen Giap, and Heroic Martyr Vo Thi Sau, Comrade Vu Hong Van, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Dong Nai Provincial Delegation of National Assembly Deputies, affirmed: With the traditional morality of "When drinking water, remember its source" of the Vietnamese nation and as an expression of respect from cadres, party members, compatriots, and ethnic groups in Dong Nai province, the Temple of Uncle Ho, General Vo Nguyen Giap, and Heroic Martyr Vo Thi Sau was built within the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee compound. This is not only a cultural work but also a place to educate historical, cultural, and ethical traditions for generations, a "red address" where cadres and party members throughout the Party Organization, on a daily basis or on important national and provincial holidays, express their profound for the immense contributions of the great President Ho Chi Minh, General Vo Nguyen Giap, and Heroic Martyr Vo Thi Sau.

In the hearts of millions of Vietnamese people and friends around the world, President Ho Chi Minh is revered as a brilliant leader, a national liberation hero, and an outstanding cultural figure. Uncle Ho's ideology and ethics forever remain a flaming torch shedding light for Vietnamese revolution. He found the path to national salvation with the truth "Nothing is more precious than independence and freedom"...

General Vo Nguyen Giap - an excellent student of Uncle Ho, the talented Commander-in-Chief of the heroic Vietnam People's Army. The General led our army from one victory to another, contributing to the immortal epic: From Dien Bien Phu, "resounding across five continents, shaking the globe," to the Great Spring Victory of 1975, completely liberating the South and reunifying the country. The General's simple image when visiting Bien Hoa in May 1975 became a sacred memory, encouraging and motivating the entire Party, army, and people of Dong Nai province to unite and strive for the development of their homeland after the day of liberation...

Let my eyes look straight into your gun barrels," has become an immortal monument, a symbol of patriotism and the steadfast spirit of the Vietnamese people. Her blood merged with the motherland, igniting the spirit of "Determined to die for the Fatherland to live"...
