The 1st Dong Nai Provincial Party Congress for the 2025–2030 tenure concluded successfully, inspiring the entire Party organization, government, and people of a land driven by the aspiration to “transform into a dragon” to confidently step into the future, concentrating their efforts and intellect to build a sustainable development foundation and establish a new position for the province on the national map in an era of wealth, prosperity, and flourishing growth.
The orientations, viewpoints, and policies set forth in the Congress’s resolution represent the crystallization of collective wisdom and the unity of the Party’s will and the people’s aspirations. They must now be proactively and promptly implemented in real life to generate visible, practical changes. The entire political system, the people, and the business community must earnestly “match words with deeds,” applying the resolution’s content flexibly and creatively in line with each locality and sector’s specific conditions, step by step fulfilling the overarching goals set for the entire tenure.
The starting point for “pressing the button” to implement this tenure’s resolution is much more favorable than before, as the Congress reached full consensus to approve an action program to realize the resolution, including a list of accompanying programs and projects. This serves as a “handbook” for all Party committees to immediately begin concretizing the resolution following the Congress.
The demand to shorten the roadmap for achieving key tasks and strategic goals requires the Provincial Party organization and the people in the province to demonstrate unity, high responsibility, and decisive, enthusiastic, and effective action. The Standing members of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee emphasized that unity is to be regarded as the “guiding principle” and a vital rule for survival, for every member of the 1st-term Provincial Party Executive Board to lead by example. Each member must act as a nucleus of solidarity, closely linking this spirit to their specific action programs within their assigned Party organizations. Together, they must seek optimal solutions to lead and direct the successful realization of the Congress’s goals.
The process of bringing the resolution closer to the people has become broader, more synchronized, and more effective since the implementation of the two-tier local government model, coupled with a comprehensive administrative restructuring toward greater efficiency and performance. Since July 1, the Dong Nai Party Standing Committee has transferred and appointed 115 officials from provincial departments and agencies to hold key leadership positions at the commune level, particularly in priority or disadvantaged areas, creating initial, tangible transformations at the grassroots. Through this practice, officials are gaining more hands-on experience and closer contact with residents, which helps change their leadership mindset, working style, and problem-solving skills. It allows them to better understand the thoughts, aspirations, and “pulse” of daily life among the people. Gradually, this helps eliminate bureaucratic tendencies and shifts the mindset from administrative management to public service-oriented one, serving both citizens and businesses. When decisions align with the people’s will, they naturally resonate within the community, maximizing public strength and creating a powerful driving force to accelerate reform across this dynamic, aspiration-filled province.
The enthusiasm and determination to promptly turn resolutions into action will determine Dong Nai’s transformation into a major growth engine of the nation, a model of green, prosperous, civilized, and modern development, where people enjoy high living standards, peace, safety, and happiness.
