Propaganda work significantly contributes to success of the first Dong Nai Provincial Party Congress

Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Head in charge of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee, Nguyen Thi Hong Trang, stated: Recognizing that the propaganda work played a particularly important role for the First Dong Nai Provincial Party Congress, 2025-2030 term, in the preparation and organization of the congress, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee issued Plan No. 26-KH/TU dated September 5, 2025, on propaganda before, during, and after the Provincial Party Congress, leading up to the 14th National Party Congress.

Accordingly, propaganda work before, during, and after Party congresses at all levels ensured correct orientation, diverse and rich forms, and lively atmosphere, creating excitement, using positivity to repel negativity, and using "beauty" to overcome "ugliness." During the congress, attention was paid to information and propaganda work associated with patriotic emulation movements, in celebration of major anniversaries and events of the country, thereby creating a vibrant emulation atmosphere and unanimous determination to achieve success in welcoming the congress.

Agencies and localities in the province organized more than 2,300 conferences to deploy and disseminate guiding documents, providing information to rapporteurs and propagandists about the first Dong Nai Provincial Party Congress and the 14th National Party Congress. Agencies and units launched and organized nearly 300 competitions, performances, and mass art festivals with many themes associated with the first Dong Nai Provincial Party Congress and the 14th National Party Congress to perform for workers, people in remote, border areas.

Specifically, during the two days of the congress, September 29 and 30, 2025, 31 press agencies inside and outside the province, along with 79 reporters, editors, and technicians, attended and covered the congress.

The Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the Provincial Party Committee designed and compiled 22 infographics, news, and articles published on fan pages and Facebook; launched a "Welcome to the Congress" profile picture frame, attracting 35 thousand views and 15,000 users.

Cultural activities, exhibitions, and creative works were also emphasized; the province organized an exhibition booth showcasing economic, cultural - social, national defense - security achievements. The exhibition featured typical themes: "95 years of the Party flag guiding the way," "Dong Nai takes off into a new era," "From congress to congress."

Artists composed nearly 50 literary works, poems, and songs, published in Dong Nai Literature and Art Magazine; organized art and photography camps, collecting nearly 100 works on the theme of innovation and development, contributing to the province's development process.

In particular, the province recognized and highly appreciated Dong Nai Newspaper and Radio, Television for launching a peak propaganda campaign before, during, and after the first Dong Nai Provincial Party Congress through various rich and diverse forms.

Special newspaper editions, specialized pages, and columns; talk shows, reportages, interviews, radio, and television programs; along with the effective utilization of digital platforms, have contributed to widely and timely spreading the spirit, atmosphere, and outstanding results of the congress, creating consensus and trust among cadres, Party members, and the people.

On September 30, the official session of the first Dong Nai Provincial Party Congress (opening and closing) was broadcast live on Dong Nai Newspaper and Radio and Television and VTV9; livestreamed directly on nearly 250 social media pages, and the Government Information page also livestreamed the event with over 8,000 live followers.

Thus, propaganda work about the congress was widely, richly, and practically implemented, closely following the directives of the Central and provincial authorities; providing full and accurate information about the congress, while motivating and encouraging cadres, Party members, and the people to promote the spirit of patriotic emulation, accelerate, make a breakthrough, and successfully achieve the goals and tasks.
