Delegate NGUYEN THI PHUONG, Secretary of the Tam Phuoc ward Party Committee and Chairwoman of the ward People’s Council: The congress is expected to open new opportunities and inspire young officials

As a young official given the opportunity to contribute, I feel a deep sense of pride, not only in the changes in the urban landscape and socio-economic development, but also in the spirit of the new Dong Nai’s residents: dynamic, resilient, creative, and full of aspiration. Our generation of young officials is living in a period of profound transformation, where major goals have been translated into concrete actions that are permeating everyday life. Attending the 2025–2030 Provincial Party Congress, I am firmly confident that the congress will create a strategic turning point, demonstrating the province’s intelligence, vision, and determination in the new era. It will maximize advantages to achieve breakthroughs, affirming Dong Nai’s position as a national leader in high-tech industries, smart urban development, green transformation, and the improvement of citizens’ quality of life. I expect the congress’s decisions will open new opportunities for localities, inspire young officials, and strengthen the public’s trust.

For Tam Phuoc ward, the focus is on clearly defining the responsibility to translate the congress’s resolutions into concrete actions, leveraging the community’s internal strengths, and fostering a spirit of bold thinking, initiative, and accountability. We are confident that the 2025–2030 term will usher in a period of comprehensive, breakthrough, and sustainable development. Dong Nai will continue to play a leading role in the Southern key economic region and rise among the top localities nationwide in the era of digital transformation and the knowledge-based economy. With the unity, creativity, and determination of the entire Party Organization, together with the support and solidarity of the people, Dong Nai will enter a new era of development with confidence, resilience, and momentum for breakthroughs.

Delegate VO VAN TRUNG, Deputy Secretary of the Thanh Son commune Party Committee and Chairman of the commune People’s Committee: Greater attention is hoped for remote and disadvantaged areas

Thanh Son is one of the province’s remote communes, where residents still face many difficulties and a large number of ethnic minority communities reside. From this reality, I hope that during the 2025–2030 term, Dong Nai province will introduce more practical policies that closely address people’s daily lives, with special attention given to disadvantaged areas and regions with ethnic minority populations.

As a delegate attending the congress, I wish to access more information and specific solutions related to mass mobilization, particularly in remote areas with high concentrations of ethnic and religious communities. At the same time, I hope to contribute insights drawn from real-life experience so that the congress will have additional solid grounds to develop and issue policies that truly meet the needs and aspirations of the people, contributing to promoting a balanced and sustainable development across all localities in the province.

Delegate TRAN DUC HOA, Deputy Secretary of the Binh Minh commune Party Committee and Chairman of the commune People’s Committee: The congress is anticipated to set policies for sustainable development in Dong Nai

I am deeply honored and proud to attend the 1st Congress of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee for the 2025–2030 term, a historic milestone following the province’s merger.

My greatest expectation is that the congress will adopt strong and feasible policies to develop diverse, synchronized, and modern transportation infrastructure; invest in cultural and sports facilities; and implement provincial incentives to attract investment for building housing for workers and low-income residents, thereby addressing practical issues that affect people’s daily lives.

I also hope that the province will pay attention to ensuring that economic development goes hand in hand with preserving and promoting the unique cultural values of the Bien Hoa–Dong Nai region to guarantee sustainable growth. I firmly believe that, with the unity and shared determination of the Party Committee, the authorities, and the people, Dong Nai will successfully implement the resolutions of the 1st Provincial Party Congress for the 2025–2030 term and soon become a dynamic, civilized, and modern development hub.

Delegate LAM VAN LONG, Deputy Director of Dong Nai Provincial Public Security: Multiple measures should be emphasized to ensure security, especially in border areas

I am proud and honored to attend the 1st Congress of the newly merged Dong Nai province. Like many other delegates, I firmly believe that the congress will be a success, setting out practical solutions to build a prosperous, civilized, green, and modern Dong Nai.

In our specialized field, we held discussions in our group and contributed numerous suggestions on national defense, security, and foreign affairs. In particular, I hope that many effective measures will be adopted to ensure public order and security, especially in border-adjacent areas, frontier regions, and areas inhabited by ethnic and religious communities

Delegate HOANG MANH THUONG, Secretary of the Loc Tan commune Party Committee and Chairman of the commune People’s Council: Solutions need to be identified to fully harness local development potential

Loc Tan commune was formed through the merger of the former Loc Thien and old Loc Tan communes. Before the merger, both communes had been well known for their agricultural traditions and the diverse cultures of ethnic groups such as Kinh, Tay, and S’tieng. Following the merger, the new Loc Tan commune has continued to preserve traditional festivals, craft villages producing brocade textiles, and local specialty dishes, contributing to the richness of community cultural life.

With these potentials and strengths, Loc Tan has can develop high-tech agriculture in the future, attract investment from businesses in agricultural processing and light industry, and promote eco-tourism and experiential tourism.

Attending the congress, like many other delegates, I hope the event will be a great success and propose numerous solutions to build and develop a green, prosperous, civilized, and modern Dong Nai. Given that the commune is a unique border area with a rich historical and cultural heritage of diverse ethnic groups, I especially hope that the congress will discuss and identify solutions to fully leverage the commune’s strengths and potential in the new context, contributing to the province’s overall development.

Delegate NGUYEN NGOC THAO AN, Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tran Bien ward: It’s necessary to actively learn and uphold the responsibility of a delegate

I am deeply honored to be the youngest delegate attending the 1st Congress of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee for the 2025–2030 term. This is a significant political event, marking a turning point after the merger of the former Binh Phuoc and Dong Nai provinces and the implementation of the two-tier local government model.

I hope the congress will promote democracy, and harness collective wisdom to set directions for building up the clean, strong Party and the political system, contributing to consolidating the people’s trust in the Party and the State, enhancing the power of national unity, and firmly protecting the Fatherland. At the same time, I hope it will focus on developing young human resources, nurturing successor cadres, implementing talent-attracting policies, and accelerating digital transformation, creating a favorable environment to improve people’s living standards.

Being a young delegate at this congress is an invaluable opportunity for me to learn and uphold my sense of responsibility by contributing opinions, expressing aspirations, and helping ensure the success of the congress. I am committed to continuously honing my skills, applying my intellect and youthful energy, striving in all fields, and contributing alongside the Party Committee and the people to build a wealthier, more civilized, and modern Dong Nai.

Delegate MAI THI HUE, Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of An Phuoc commune: Public communication should be strengthened to bring the Congress’s resolutions to the people

As one of the delegates representing officials, Party members, and various segments of the population, I feel honored, proud, and above all, responsible for conveying the thoughts and aspirations of people from all walks of life to the congress and for bringing the resolutions of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Congress to all residents of An Phuoc commune.

In my role as Chairperson of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of An Phuoc commune, leading the Front and the commune’s political and social organizations, even before the congress took place, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of An Phuoc commune had directed the Front and all political and social organizations in the commune to actively raise public awareness of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Congress.

In addition, the Committee organized the collection of public feedback on draft documents of Party congresses at all levels; launched emulation movements to celebrate Party congresses; and shared information and images during the congress. Moving forward, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of An Phuoc commune will continue to lead and direct the Front and political and social organizations to thoroughly implement the resolutions, aiming to build broad consensus among the people.

Colonel NGUYEN TONG QUE, Party Secretary and Political Commissar of Defense Region 1 Command in Long Thanh: Multiple measures are expected to safeguard the fatherland early and from afar

I am confident that the 1st Congress of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee for the 2025–2030 term will be a resounding success. I have high expectations for the major policies and orientations to be defined by the congress resolutions, which will further consolidate Dong Nai’s position as a dynamic economic hub of the country. Setting directions for socio-economic development in the nation’s new era carries particularly significant importance. At the same time, the congress resolutions will reflect the province’s strategic vision for local defense. This includes decisions to implement and operationalize the Party’s resolutions on the National Defense Strategy in the new context, aligned with the two-tier local government model, with the aim of streamlining administrative apparatus, enhancing leadership effectiveness, and efficiently organizing the development of a comprehensive people’s defense and border defense system, firmly integrated with a robust people-centered security framework

Teacher LE THI YEN TRINH, Vice Principal of Tan Thien Secondary School (Binh Phuoc ward): An innovative and creative environment should be established to enhance teaching and learning

As a school administrator, I hope that the first Congress of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee for the 2025–2030 term will set forth bold policies and initiatives to develop a high-quality workforce and significantly increase investment in education and training, especially in school facilities, digital infrastructure, and the teaching staff. I also hope for a strong focus on staff incentives and the professional development of management personnel, creating an environment that encourages innovation and creativity in teaching and learning. Above all, I expect education to become a key driver, contributing to the province’s rapid and sustainable development during this era of integration and digital transformation.

NGUYEN MINH DUC, Member of the Literature Committee, Dong Nai Literature and Arts Association: There’s a need to maintain “the ideological stronghold” and build a strong cultural foundation

Today’s Dong Nai is opening up vast opportunities for development, with abundant potential in its people, natural resources, and social environment. I hope our homeland will become a dynamic region that balances economic growth, culture, and community life. What I particularly expect is for the local authorities to pay greater attention to the cultural and spiritual life of the people, creating conditions for culture, arts, and humanistic values to flourish, thereby enhancing the quality of spiritual life in modern society. At the same time, it is essential to maintain the “ideological stronghold” and build a solid cultural foundation, so that every citizen of Dong Nai can not only prosper economically but also remain steadfast in their beliefs and ideals.

NGUYEN HUU QUYEN, Member of the Bien Hoa ward Party Committee: Expectations are placed on a responsible and people-centered contingent of officials in the new term

As a Party member, I hope that in the new term, the province’s officials will continue to uphold the tradition of unity, demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility, and truly lead by example in all areas of their work. Officials must possess steadfast political integrity, exemplary ethical standards, and a simple, approachable lifestyle close to the people. At the same time, they should continuously study and train to improve their skills, managerial capacity, and innovative thinking. I expect officials to dare to think, act, and take responsibility for the common good, while firmly combating all forms of misconduct. On this basis, officials at all levels will serve as the core of unity, acting as a bridge between the Party and the people, contributing to Dong Nai’s rapid and sustainable development, improving citizens’ quality of life, and living up to the trust and expectations of the Party and the people of the province.

DO THI HA, Head of Human Resources at Vietnam Fortune Technology International Co., Ltd. (Binh Phuoc ward): The province is expected to implement social welfare programs to meet workers’ needs

Dong Nai is an industrial province with a large workforce employed in industrial zones. In recent years, thanks to the province’s attention, the support of trade unions at all levels, and the efforts of enterprises, many innovative initiatives, meaningful models, and welfare programs have been effectively implemented, significantly improving workers’ livelihoods, employment, and income. However, a portion of the workforce still faces difficulties, and cultural and housing facilities for workers remain limited. The Dong Nai Provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term has attracted wide attention from people of all social strata and from the workforce in the province. I hope the province will continue to introduce social welfare programs that enhance both material and spiritual well-being, meeting the needs and aspirations of workers.

DO TRUONG GIANG, Deputy Director of the Center for Propaganda, Tourism and Rescue Conservation of Bu Gia Map National Park (Bu Gia Map commune): Digital transformation should be promoted to showcase green, safe, and friendly tourism

As an officer in charge of ecotourism at Bu Gia Map National Park, I pay close attention to the orientation of the Provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term. I hope the congress will affirm the key role of forest and biodiversity conservation linked with sustainable tourism development, and introduce mechanisms and policies that encourage community participation, especially among the S’tieng and M’nong ethnic groups so that they benefit, improve their livelihoods, and preserve their culture. I also expect the province to accelerate digital transformation to promote green, safe, and friendly tourism, integrating environmental education; at the same time, it should adopt measures to attract and facilitate international visitors. This will lay the foundation for harmonious development between conservation and sustainable livelihoods.
