After three months of official operation (from July 1, 2025), the Dong Xoai Ward Public Administrative Service Center (PASC) has achieved many positive results, contributing to an improvement in service quality for residents and businesses, marking a new step forward in administrative procedure reform at the grassroots level.

According to the report, from July 1 to September 30, 2025, the Center received 2,384 documents, including 793 full-process documents, 1,591 partial documents, and 2 level-2 documents. Up to now, the center has resolved 2,259 documents, is processing 83 documents, and has 42 documents temporarily suspended. The document resolution rate reached 98.23%, with no overdue documents. Areas with the largest number of documents include land, social protection, civil status, authentication, and business activities.

In addition, the center set up information desks, a hotline, and a suggestion box to promptly receive and address residents’ feedback and proposals. A standout feature is the robust application of information technology, particularly digital signatures, management software, and the one-stop electronic system (VNPT-iGate, National Public Service Portal, Dong Nai software…), ensuring that 100% of administrative documents are issued online. As a result, the rate of on-time and early case resolution has consistently reached 100%, clearly demonstrating the commitment to building a “serving government.”

Alongside its achievements, the center also candidly acknowledged existing challenges: a portion of residents still lack proficiency in using online public services; civil servants require continued training in communication and problem-solving skills; and data integration between ministries and sectors remains inconsistent, affecting the effectiveness of certain “cross-administrative boundary” procedures.

In the time ahead, Dong Xoai ward PASC will continue to step up communication efforts, encourage residents to submit documents online, enhance the skills of civil servants, and focus on supporting vulnerable groups. At the same time, the center remains committed to the goal of putting residents and businesses at the heart of service delivery, promoting the effectiveness of the two-level government model, and moving toward a professional, modern, and transparent administration.
