Typhoon No. 10 recently struck with a strong intensity and remained over land for a prolonged period. In particular, the typhoon's circulation caused heavy rain, widespread flooding, and severe damage to people, property, and infrastructure.

Speaking at the launching ceremony, Provincial Party Committee member, Editor-in-Chief of Dong Nai Newspaper and Radio, Television Nguyen Thi Minh Nham called on all officials, public employees, and laborers to actively participate in supporting and helping people in localities affected by floods and storms with the spirit of mutual affection, national solidarity, and "the good leaves cover the torn leaves".
