Comrade Nguyen Duc Thanh appointed as Vice Chairman of Dong Nai Farmers’ Association

On the afternoon of October 10, the Dong Nai provincial Farmers’ Association (DNFA) held a conference to elect additional members to the Standing Committee, and the Executive Committee, and the Vice Chairman of the DNFA for the 2023-2028 term.

The conference was attended by Member of the Provincial Party Committee (PPC), Vice Chairman of Dong Nai Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF) Committee, Chairman of the DNFA Nguyen Huu Nguyen; Vice Chairwoman of the Dong Nai VFF Luu Thi Ha; and Deputy Head of the PPC’s Organization Committee Tran Huu Thuan.

Previously, the Dong Nai Provincial Party Standing Committee (PPSC) announced its decision to transfer Nguyen Duc Thanh, Deputy Director of the Department of Finance, to work at the Dong Nai VFF from October 10, 2025, and introduced him for additional election to the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee, and for the position of Vice Chairman of the DNFA for the 2023-2028 term.

At the conference, the Executive Committee of the DNFA carried out the process to elect additional members to the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, and to appoint Nguyen Duc Thanh as Vice Chairman of the DNFA for the 2023-2028 term. The result showed that Nguyen Duc Thanh was unanimously elected with 100% of votes.

Speaking at the conference, Member of the PPC, Vice Chairman of Dong Nai VFF Committee, Chairman of the DNFA Nguyen Huu Nguyen emphasized that consolidating key personnel of the Association creates favorable conditions to promote production emulation movements among farmers, contributing to the successful implementation of political tasks of the Provincial Party organization and enhancing the role of Dong Nai farmers in building a stronger and more developed Dong Nai.

He expressed confidence that with his abilities, expertise, and experience from previous positions, comrade Nguyen Duc Thanh will work together with the DNFA to successfully complete assigned tasks.

Speaking at the conference, comrade Nguyen Duc Thanh thanked the Executive Committee of the DNFA for their trust and confidence. In his new position, he pledged to continue efforts to work with the Executive Committee and the Standing Committee to promote the activities of the Association and the farmers’ movement in the province toward stronger and sustainable development.
