Accordingly, on September 16, the Presidium of the Central Vietnam Women's Union issued a plan on directing pilot congresses for provincial-level women's congresses for the 2025-2030 term. In which, the Dong Nai Provincial Women's Union was selected by the Vietnam Women's Union Central Committee to organize a pilot provincial-level congress (for localities implementing consolidation and merger nationwide).

To ensure the progress of organizing the Provincial Women Congress (set to be completed before October 31, in accordance with the plan of the Vietnam Women's Union Central Committee), the women's congresses at the commune level must be completed before October 15 (15 days earlier than the original plan). Therefore, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Women's Union requests the standing committees of the Women's Unions of communes and wards to urgently review and complete the preparations for organizing the congresses, ensuring strict implementation, correct procedures, content, and timeline according to regulations and guidance of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Women's Union, the Party Committee, and the standing committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front at the same level.

The Provincial Women's Union will review congress documents from September 29 to 30. Therefore, the Provincial Women's Union requires the Women's Unions of communes and wards to complete the document content and send it to the Provincial Women's Union before September 25. At the same time, they should report to the Party Committee and the standing committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front at the same level on the directives of the Provincial Women's Union and propose and seek opinions to organize the congress in accordance with regulations and progress.
