At the preliminary session, the 1st Dong Nai Provincial Party Congress, for the 2025-2030 term, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Commission, Thai Bao, on behalf of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, directed the election of the Presidium, Secretariat, and Delegates’ Credentials Committee.
Accordingly, the congress elected the Presidium, including comrades: Vu Hong Van, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Delegation of National Assembly Deputies; Ton Ngoc Hanh, Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council; Vo Tan Duc, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Huynh Thi Hang, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province; Thai Bao, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Commission; Nguyen Minh Hoi, Member of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Board, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Commission; Tran Trung Nhan, Member of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Board, Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission; Le Truong Son, Member of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Board, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Ha Anh Dung, Member of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Board, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee; Nguyen Duc Hai, Member of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Board, Director of the Provincial Public Security; Vo Thanh Danh, Member of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Board, Commander of the Provincial Military Command; Duong Minh Dung, Member of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Board, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Long Thanh commune; Ho Van Nam, Member of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Board, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Tran Bien ward; Dang Minh Nguyet, Member of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Board, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairwoman of the People's Council of Long Khanh ward; Giang Thi Phuong Hanh, Member of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Board, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairwoman of the People's Council of Binh Phuoc ward.

The congress elected the Secretariat, including comrades: Huynh Thi Thuy Trang, Provincial Party Committee member, Secretary of the Party Committee of Phuoc Binh ward; Huynh Ngoc Kim Mai, Head of the Culture - Society Committee of the Provincial People's Council, and Dang Anh Tuan, Deputy Principal in charge of Dong Nai University.
The Credentials Committee for the delegates attending the congress was elected, including comrades: Tran Trung Nhan, Member of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Board, Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission, as the head of the committee, and members including: Le Viet Hung, Provincial Party Committee member, Deputy Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission; Do Van Manh, Provincial Party Committee member, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Commission; Vo Thi Xuan Dao, Chief Inspector of the province.
The congress also approved the working agenda, internal rules, and regulations of the congress and divided delegates into groups to discuss the documents for submission to the 1st Dong Nai Provincial Party Congress, for the 2025-2030 term.
