Focusing on drafting congress documents

Given the profound political significance of the event for the entire Provincial Party organization and people, preparations have been directed by the Provincial Party Committee and its Standing Board with urgency, seriousness, scientific planning, adherence to schedule, and in line with requirements to ensure a successful, high-quality, and effective congress.
