The goals and targets set out in the documents are very clear, reflecting the aspiration to make Dong Nai achieve outstanding growth and prosperity, bringing a prosperous and happy life to the people.

Le Hoang Nam, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the People’s Council of Bu Gia Map commune: Focusing on developing remote areas

One of the key viewpoints on development stated in the draft Political Report to be presented at the 1st Dong Nai Provincial Party Congress for the 2025–2030 tenure is to pursue focused and prioritized development based on internal strengths, potential, competitive advantages, while ensuring harmony and balance among localities and regions in the province. People are placed at the center, as the subject, resource, and goal of the development process. It emphasizes preserving and promoting cultural and traditional values; improving the material and spiritual life of the people, especially ethnic minorities and border residents; and narrowing the development gap among localities and regions. Officials, Party members, and residents of Bu Gia Map commune expect the 1st Provincial Party Congress to propose solutions that prioritize socio-economic development of the province in general, and particularly of remote areas. This includes investing in urban and rural transport infrastructure to ensure inter-regional connectivity, facilitating trade and mobility; and implementing comprehensive, forward-looking urban and regional planning for synchronous development. From there, the material and spiritual life of people in remote areas will be further improved.

From there, it will introduce important policies to build and develop Dong Nai into a prosperous and civilized province. Thai Van Que, Director of Hung Vuong – Binh Phuoc Concrete Plant, Dong Nai province: Accompanying enterprises toward sustainable development

I have strong confidence in the orientations and decisions that the 1st Dong Nai Provincial Party Congress, for the 2025–2030 tenure, will adopt. These will serve as an important foundation for Dong Nai to continue strong, comprehensive development, synchronously expanding infrastructure, developing industrial zones, and maintaining its role as one of the country’s leading economic and industrial centers. In recent days, to celebrate the congress, Hung Vuong – Binh Phuoc Concrete Plant has launched widespread emulation movements encouraging workers to boost production, increase output, and ensure timely progress for customers. Party member Phan Thanh Tu, Pou Sung Vietnam Co., Ltd. Party Cell: Promoting investment attraction and socio-economic development

After the merger of the two former provinces of Binh Phuoc and Dong Nai, the new Dong Nai province now has larger area, population, and economic scale. I believe in the Central Government’s vision when establishing the new Dong Nai, creating fresh momentum for both the Southern key economic region and the whole country. I expect that the 1st Congress of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee, for the 2025–2030 tenure, will set forth solutions to maximize the province’s advantages in infrastructure, industry, seaports, land resources, hi-tech agriculture, and border gates, thereby creating a strong, closed-loop economic value chain. To achieve this, it is necessary to implement strategic transport routes connecting Long Thanh International Airport with industrial zones and raw material areas of the former Binh Phuoc. At the same time, administrative reform must continue effectively to create a transparent and open investment and business environment, reducing inconvenience for local people and enterprises, and thereby promoting investment attraction and socio-economic development for Dong Nai.

Teacher Hoang Thi Loan, Nguyen Du Secondary School, Phu Rieng commune, Dong Nai province: Expecting preferential policies for education development

I expect that the 1st Dong Nai Provincial Party Congress, 2025–2030 tenure, will continue to introduce strategic orientations and create strong breakthroughs so that education truly becomes the foundation of development. Greater attention should be given to building and improving the quality of the teaching workforce who not only excell in expertise but also are exemplary in ethics and conduct, while being capable of adopting advanced teaching methods. It is also essential to invest in modern facilities and equipment to create an equal, safe, and creative learning environment for students.

In addition to their expectations for an improved academic education, the teachers hope for policies that develop physical education, ethics, and life skills for students, helping them become useful citizens. There is also a desire for stronger application of information technology in management, teaching, and learning to reduce teachers’ burdens and enhance educational effectiveness.

Educational socialization, study encouragement, and talent promotion should continue to be fostered so that people of all backgrounds can pursue lifelong learning. At the same time, teaching and learning foreign languages, applying information technology, and cooperating with universities and vocational institutions should receive greater focus to train high-quality human resources, meeting the requirements of rapid and sustainable provincial development in the context of international integration. All these efforts aim for building a strong and modern education system in Dong Nai, responsive to the demands of the era and contributing to the province’s overall growth.

Trinh Thi Tam, Former Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Binh Phuoc Newspaper (former province), member of the Literature Division, Dong Nai Literature and Arts Association: The Congress sets out policies to nurture and develop cultural values

After the merger of Binh Phuoc with Dong Nai, the new Dong Nai province has risen to become one of the leading localities with a large economy in the country. This is a solid foundation for the province to achieve comprehensive development across many fields, including culture and literature–arts.

As Dong Nai province prepares to hold the 1st Provincial Party Congress, for the 2025–2030 tenure, in my role as a cultural worker, I hope the congress will continue to promote the spirit of solidarity and proactively adapt to the growing demands of the new era – the era of national advancement. The congress should set out policies not only to boost the economy but also to pay attention to consolidating, nurturing, and developing cultural values, especially literature and arts. I hope that writers and artists will be given favorable conditions with more opportunities to experience and immerse themselves in reality, gaining deeper insights into social life. Such an environment will ignite passion and the aspiration for creativity in each artist, thereby contributing even more to the spiritual life of the people and to the sustainable development of the province.

Truong Van Nhat, worker of Jason Furniture Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Dong Xoai 3 Industrial Park, Dong Nai province): Ensuring jobs for workers

As frontline workers at the company, we have worked diligently to improve machinery to support production, creating a safe and productive working environment. I hope that in the coming time, workers will earn higher incomes and minimum wages to ensure stable living standards. In particular, I expect the province to adopt policies to improve living and housing conditions for workers, especially access to social housing and affordable housing. Alongside this, investment in cultural and sports facilities for workers in industrial parks is very much needed. It is also essential to pay special attention to encouraging industrial development and ensuring stable, long-term jobs for workers.
