On the morning of September 16, the Politburo and the Party Central Committee’s Secretariat organized a National Conference to thoroughly brief and launch the implementation of four key resolutions recently adopted by the Politburo.
The conference was held in a hybrid format, connecting the main venue at the Dien Hong Hall of the National Assembly House (Hanoi) with online points of presence for central and local agencies, ministries, and units across the country.
Party General Secretary To Lam attended and directed the conference.
The conference was also attended by Politburo members: State President Luong Cuong, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man, and Permanent Member of the Party Central Committee’s Secretariat Tran Cam Tu.

The conference was also joined by former Party and State leaders, along with incumbent leaders of central ministries, agencies, and local authorities nationwide.
The hybrid event connected nearly 11,000 venues nationwide with over 1.2 million attendees, and was broadcast live on Vietnam Television (VTV), Voice of Vietnam (VOV), and various digital platforms.
Participating in the conference from the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee Hall were Ton Ngoc Hanh, Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, and Chairwoman of the Provincial People’s Council; Vo Tan Duc, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee; Huynh Thi Hang, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dong Nai Province; members of the Provincial Standing Party Committee and the Provincial Party Executive Committee; along with leaders of various provincial agencies and departments.

At the conference, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh delivered a comprehensive presentation on Resolution No. 71-NQ/TW (dated August 22, 2025), highlighting its core objectives for breakthrough developments in education and training, and detailing the corresponding action plan for implementation.
The conference also included presentations on: “Key priorities of Resolution No. 59-NQ/TW dated January 24, 2025 on international integration in the new context and the action plan for implementation”; “Core objectives of Resolution No. 70-NQ/TW dated August 20, 2025 on Ensuring national energy security through 2030 with vision to 2045 and its corresponding implementation program”; and “Essential Components of Resolution No. 72-NQ/TW dated September 9, 2025 on breakthrough measures to enhance the protection, care and improvement of public health and its execution roadmap”.
* Along with venues across the country, at the Dong Xoai Ward venue (Dong Nai Province), members of the Standing Party Committee, the Ward Party Executive Committee, the Standing Committees of the People’s Council and People’s Committee, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and representatives of various departments, agencies, and mass organizations gathered to participate in the nationwide conference on the thorough implementation of four key Politburo resolutions held on the morning of September 16.

The conference disseminated key resolutions to ensure cadres, Party members, civil servants, and public employees fully grasp their content and guiding principles, fostering unity in awareness and action. It also clarified the responsibilities of each administrative level and sector in localizing and implementing these resolutions according to practical local conditions.
* At the Thien Hung Commune venue (Dong Nai Province), members of the Commune Party Standing Board and 150 local cadres and Party members participated in the conference.

To concretize the resolution, the Thien Hung Commune Party Committee will, after the conference, focus on key tasks tailored to local realities, prioritizing action plans in line with the Commune Party Congress Resolution for the 2025–2030 term. Simultaneously, it will enhance communication efforts to raise awareness among cadres, party members, and the community, while mobilizing resources to ensure a coordinated and efficient rollout of the resolution.
* At the Chon Thanh Ward venue (Dong Nai Province), all cadres, Party members, and Neighborhood Management Boards demonstrated a highly disciplined and attentive approach to studying the core content of the four key Politburo resolutions presented on September 16.

Building on this foundation, cadres, Party members and committees at all levels will take the lead in guiding, directing and extensively communicating within the entire Party and among the people, fostering unity in both resolve and action to ensure the effective implementation of the resolutions at the local level.
