NA Delegation of Dong Nai’s Constituency No. 3 meets with voters in An Phuoc commune

On the morning of September 22, National Assembly (NA) Delegation of Dong Nai province’s Constituency No. 3, including deputies: Bui Xuan Thong, Provincial Party Committee member, Deputy Head of the Provincial delegation of NA deputies; Nguyen Cong Long, a full-time member of the NA' Law and Justice Committee; Do Huy Khanh, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Phuoc An commune, met with voters before the 10th Session of the 15th National Assembly in An Phuoc commune (Dong Nai province).

Attending the meeting with voters were Duong Minh Dung, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Long Thanh commune, along with representatives of departments, agencies, and local authorities.

Reporting to the voters in An Phuoc commune, NA deputy Do Huy Khanh, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Phuoc An commune, stated: The 10th Session of the 15th  NA will open on October 20, 2025, and is expected to close on December 12, 2025. This session will be held continuously in a single period to soon complete the session's agenda.

This is the last session of the 15th NA, which will focus on implementing key tasks, primarily legislative work. The NA will consider and pass 42 laws and 3 resolutions including: the Law on Cybersecurity; the Law on Journalism (amended); the Law on Deposit Insurance (amended); the Law on Protection of State Secrets (amended)...

At this session, the NA will consider and decide on socio-economic issues, state budget, supervision, and other important matters. Lawmakers will review the Report on the results of the implementation of the socio-economic development plan for 2025; decide on the socio-economic development plan for 2026. The deputies will also review Report on the results of the implementation of the state budget for 2025; decide on the state budget estimate, central budget allocation plan for 2026...

At the meeting, many voters in An Phuoc and Long Thanh communes raised petitions with the delegates, concerning land management, issuance of land use rights certificates, management of civil construction projects in the area, provision of clean water for residents...Voters reflected on the issue of implementing traffic construction projects in the area causing flooding in some places in the localities. The voters proposed: The competent authorities need to promptly direct units to resolve the above situation.

Based on the voters' feedback, representatives of relevant departments and agencies also provided reports and explanations to address difficulties and problems for the people.

Speaking at the meeting, Bui Xuan Thong, Provincial Party Committee member, Deputy Head of the Dong Nai Provincial Delegation of NA deputies stated: The upcoming NA session will resolve a very large volume of legislative work. Regarding the opinions and petitions of voters, apart from issues within the local authorities’ competence that had already been addressed, the NA deputies will acknowledge to continue reporting them to the competent authorities for resolution according to regulations.
