Focused leadership given to achieve the mission of double‑digit GRDP growth

On the afternoon of September 22, the Party Committee of the Dong Nai Provincial People’s Committee held a conference of its Party Executive Committee to review Party building for the first nine months of 2025.

The conference was co-chaired by the Party Committee’s full‑time Deputy Secretaries including, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Pham Thuy Luan and Nguyen Van Dung.

The Party organization of the Dong Nai People’s Committee was established on July 1, 2025, on the basis of a merger of both Party organizations of the former Dong Nai and former Binh Phuoc Provincial People’s Committees. Currently, the Party organization of the Provincial People’s Committee oversees 78 affiliated grassroots Party organizations with a total of 18,990 Party members.

Since its formation, the Party Committee of the Provincial People’s Committee has directed the Provincial People’s Committee to lead and instruct departments, sectors, agencies and units in carrying out tasks assigned by the Standing members of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Standing Party Committee, making important contributions to the province’s political missions.

In particular, it has effectively carried out advisory work for the Provincial Standing Party Committee on the Scheme for the Arrangement and Merger of Administrative Units in Dong Nai and Binh Phuoc provinces. Advisory tasks and the handling of newly arising duties were also undertaken in the course of building and operating the two-tier local government model, as well as in the reorganization and streamlining of the organizational apparatus and personnel work in accordance with regulations.

It has successfully organized the Party Congress of the Provincial People’s Committee for the 2025–2030 term, attended and effectively directed the subordinate grassroots-level Party congresses under its authority. The Party Committee of the Provincial People’s Committee has performed well political and ideological communication work, with focused leadership given to the consolidation of the organizational apparatus and personnel work of the Party Committee in accordance with regulations.

During discussions at the conference, several delegates proposed that Party organizations currently within vocational education centers under the Party organization of the Department of Education and Training be transferred to the Party Committees of communes and wards to facilitate management.

From now until the end of the year, the Party Committee of the Provincial People’s Committee will continue to lead and direct units in effectively streamlining the organizational structure for lean, efficient, and effective operation, while completing the remaining tasks of 2025.

In his concluding remarks, Pham Thuy Luan, Member of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee, full‑time Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Dong Nai Provincial People’s Committee, suggested that: members of the Executive Committee continue to lead and direct the implementation of tasks for the fourth quarter of 2025, with a central focus on driving the province’s Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) to double‑digit growth. The ideological developments of officials, Party members, civil servants, public employees, and employees shall continue to be monitored and assessed, with timely advice provided to the Standing Party Committee of the Provincial People’s Committee for orientation and direction.

It’s necessary to develop and promulgate action programs to implement both the Resolution of the Party Congress of the Provincial People’s Committee for the 2025–2030 term, and the Resolution of the Provincial Party Congress for the 2025–2030 term.

Leadership and direction should be focused on fulfilling the Party admission targets assigned by the Provincial Standing Party Committee for 2025. The inspection and supervision program of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Executive Committee for 2025 must also be completed.
