This result is attributed to the Provincial Women's Union’s early launch of a special emulation movement to welcome the Party Congress and major national holidays.

Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, and President of the Dong Nai Women’s Union Le Thi Thanh Loan stated that, since the beginning of 2025, the Dong Nai Women’s Union has developed a plan to launch a special emulation movement in celebration of the Party Congresses at all levels. In addition to assigning responsibilities to each unit, the Women’s Union required “Each level of the Union to implement one project, and each Union officer to carry out one practical task in the lead-up to the Congress.”

Following this, the Union at all levels organized the launch of the special emulation movement among all officers, members, and women during the program commemorating the 115th anniversary of International Women’s Day (March 8) and the 1985th anniversary of the Trung Sisters’ Uprising. At the same time, the Union has strengthened propaganda on the special emulation movement through visual forms, its communication channels (Fanpage, Zalo OA, website…), as well as cultural and artistic activities, sports, and specialized discussion sessions.

Responding to the launch of the Provincial Women's Union, all levels of the union in the whole province (including the former Dong Nai and former Binh Phuoc areas) have registered to carry out 369 projects and tasks to celebrate the Party Congresses at all levels, with an estimated total value of over 6 billion VND. Among these, the provincial Women’s Union registered four projects and tasks with the Provincial Party Committee, while grassroots chapters registered 365 projects and tasks. According to the Women’s Union, as of now, four provincial-level projects and tasks and 308 grassroots-level projects and tasks have been completed.

Through these efforts, the Union chapters have distributed 328 health insurance cards, more than 1600 gifts, 484 scholarships, built 14 flag-lined streets, 43 flower-lined streets, and three “Bright - Green - Clean - Beautiful Streets” models, constructed and repaired 20 charity homes, supported livelihood models for union members and women in difficult circumstances, and donated bicycles to students in need.

Le Thi Thanh Loan, President of the Dong Nai Women’s Union, commented that implementing these projects and tasks to celebrate the Party Congresses at all levels has contributed to the care of members, women, children, and people in difficult circumstances; supported social welfare; and helped build new-style rural areas and civilized urban areas locally. Particularly, the special emulation movement has laid the groundwork for the union chapters, members, and women to further promote solidarity and strive to successfully achieve the objectives and tasks set out by the Union and the women’s movement.

Spreading the special emulation movement

Not only completing the projects and tasks registered at the beginning of the year, the Women's Unions of communes and wards are continuing to implement models and activities to celebrate major national holidays, the Dong Nai Provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Congress, and Women's Unions at all levels.

The Women's Union of Tan Trieu Ward has just organized a campaign to clean up the environment, clear bushes, and trim trees on some roads in the ward.

In charge of cleaning up the bright - green - clean - beautiful road in Vo Sa Quarter (Tan Trieu Ward), Head of the Women's Union of Vo Sa Quarter Nguyen Thi Nga said: This is an activity that the union maintains regularly. Every quarter, the union coordinates with the Front Committee of the neighborhood to launch a general cleaning campaign. At the same time, in a bid to keep the road always bright - green - clean - beautiful, the association mobilizes members and women to take on the responsibility of cleaning, trimming, taking care of trees in front of their houses, sorting waste at the source, hanging the national flag on holidays, Tet, etc.

This activity has attracted many officers, members, women, and residents to participate. Despite her advanced age, Ho Thi Ut regularly joins members and women in taking care of the street.

In the coming time, in addition to carrying out projects and tasks to celebrate the successful first Dong Nai Provincial Party Congress for the 2025–2030 term, the Dong Nai Provincial Women’s Union will continue to launch emulation movements to create motivation, foster a sense of responsibility, and inspire the determination to grow better among Dong Nai women. This will contribute to helping the entire Party and people successfully implement the resolutions and promote sustainable development in Dong Nai Province.

Ut shared: When the road was still muddy and there were not many trees and flowers, she was one of the pioneers in cleaning and clearing bushes along the road. Later, when there was a policy to make the road bright - green - clean - beautiful, she voluntarily donated her ornamental plants to plant along both sides of the road. Currently, every time the road is cleaned and cared for, Ut is responsible for neatly trimming the trees on both sides of the road, contributing to beautifying the streets.

Along with activities contributing to creating a bustling atmosphere to welcome the Party congresses at all levels, leading up to the 14th National Party Congress, the Women's Unions of communes and wards are focusing on activities to care for members, women, students, and people in difficult circumstances. For example, the Women's Union of Tan Quan commune has carried out a house repair project for a female member's family in difficult circumstances in Soc Trao A hamlet with a total cost of 25 million VND, helping the member's family stabilize their life and escape poverty. Recently, the women's union branches of the Women's Union of Nhon Trach commune mobilized to donate hundreds of gifts with a total value of over 65 million VND to members, women, and families in difficult circumstances. ... As a result, these activities have demonstrated the role of the Women’s Union in caring for and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of members and women.
