At the invitation of the Hongqi Canal Cadre Academy in Henan Province, (China), from September 16 to 20, 2025, a working delegation from the Dong Nai School of Politics led by its Deputy Headmaster Le Nguyen Thi Ngoc Lan visited and exchanged with the Hongqi Canal Cadre Academy, Henan Province.
The working delegation also included representatives from the Academy of Politics Region IV - Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics and representatives from the Dong Nai Department of Foreign Affairs.

According to the plan, during the 5-day visit, the working delegation will conduct a field study at the Kaifeng City Party School; participate in an academic exchange at the Hongqi Canal Cadre Academy, Henan Province, with the theme: "Experience in school management and cadre training between Vietnam and China"; and conduct a field study at the Anyang City Party School.
Through these activities, the two sides will engage in in-depth discussions on the leading role of the Party in cadre training, strengthening educational reform and innovation, promoting the integration of practical learning, enhancing the capacity of lecturers, and sharing practical experiences from each side, thereby fostering theoretical exchange, mutual learning, and resource sharing. This visit is expected to lay a solid foundation for the friendship and cooperation between the two schools in the future.
