Dong Nai Provincial People’s Committee announces personnel decisions

On the afternoon of September 5, the Dong Nai Provincial Department of Home Affairs held a ceremony to announce decisions regarding personnel affairs. Authorized by the leadership of the Provincial People’s Committee, Deputy Director of the Dong Nai Department of Home Affairs Doan Thi Thu Thuy attended the event.

At the ceremony, a representative of the Department of Home Affairs announced the decisions on early retirement with social insurance benefits under Government Decree No. 178/2024/ND-CP dated December 31, 2024 (as amended and supplemented by Government Decree No. 67/2025/ND-CP dated March 15, 2025), effective from August 1, 2025, for Bui Quoc Khanh, Deputy Director of the Dong Nai Department of Home Affairs, and Do Thi Phuoc Thien, former Chairwoman of the Dong Nai Red Cross Association.

At the same time, decisions on early retirement with social insurance benefits under Decree 178, effective from September 1, 2025, were announced for Doan Thi Ngoc Van, Deputy Director of the Dong Nai Department of Finance, and Nguyen Huy Hoang, Deputy Head of the Dong Nai Economic and Industrial Zones Authority.

The Department of Home Affairs also announced the decision of the Dong Nai Provincial People’s Committee approving the termination of employment of Nguyen Tri Phuong, former Head of Dong Nai Industrial Parks Management Board, due to organizational restructuring in accordance with Decree 178, effective from September 1, 2025.

On behalf of the leadership of the Provincial People’s Committee, Doan Thi Thu Thuy, Deputy Director of the Department of Home Affairs acknowledged and commended the contributions of the officials who were granted the decisions on early retirement or termination of employment on this occasion.

Deputy Director of the Department of Home Affairs expressed hope that, with their extensive experience and dedication, the officials would continue to accompany and contribute their knowledge, supporting the younger generation in the units to study, train, and develop more strongly in the future.
